Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our tobacco products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the tobacco products you have received, we offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.

Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the tobacco products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in good condition. We cannot accept returns on tobacco products that have been opened or used, as they present a health risk.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at letstalk@thegorillaleaf.com
to request a return authorization number (RMA). Once an RMA has been issued, the customer should return the tobacco products to us within 5-7 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the return is due to a defect, in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund or Exchange:
If the returned tobacco products are in good condition and meet the eligibility criteria, the customer will have the option to receive a refund, exchange for another product of equal value, or receive store credit.

Refund Processing:
Once the returned tobacco products have been received and inspected by our team, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.

Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on tobacco products due to health and safety concerns. Any tobacco products that have been opened, used or tampered with will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
